Each confirmed booking consumes one credit. If a booking fails due to a system or payment error, the credit is refunded to your account automatically.
What happens if I use all my credits?
You can purchase additional credits at ₹5 per credit. Overage credits are charged at the end of your billing cycle.
How does the 2% take-rate work for Agent Pro?
The 2% take-rate applies only to the Agent Pro plan and is calculated on the cleared ticket value (GMV) of confirmed bookings. It scales with your volume.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. When upgrading, unused credits carry over. When downgrading, excess credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
The Freemium plan gives you 5 booking credits per month at no cost. For Essentials and Family plans, we offer a 14-day trial so you can evaluate the full experience.
